Exercise #3 - Source worker appliance deployment

In this exercise you'll walk through deploying the RiverMeadow source worker appliance into the source VMware vSphere cluster.

The source worker appliance is deployed during the deployment of the migration appliance as the source worker appliance is deployed from the migration appliance.
